The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the proceedings in G.R. Case No. 4636 of 2024 arising out of Basudebpur P.S. Case No. 157/2024 dated 09.07.2024 under Sections 300/353(2) of the BNSS, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court at Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas.

It appears from the materials on record that the complaint in the present case was registered in July, 2024. 3.

As the revision is being disposed of, Mr. Bitasok Banerjee, an empanelled lawyer of the State of West Bengal, present in Court being led by the learned Public Prosecutor, are appointed to represent the State in this case. Let their appointment be regularized by the appropriate authority.

The revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to conclude the trial expeditiously.
