1. The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner has made a prayer to withdraw this writ petition and to file afresh as there are some technical defects in the writ petition.

2. Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and on perusal of the record, prayer is allowed.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh on the self-same cause of action.
