Perused the case diary.

The allegation is that the petitioner helped the owner of a property to put live electric wire around the property. A little boy came near and died after touching such wire.

Considering the materials available in the case diary including the statement of witnesses and the alleged role ascribed to the present petitioner, I do not consider that this is to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
