It appears from record that against the grievance raised in this writ petition, petitioner has already made a representation before the Assistant Engineer and Station Manager concerned on 15th May, 2023, being Annexure P-6 to the writ petition which is still pending.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition being WPA 15367 of 2023 is disposed off by directing the respondent authorities concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 15th May, 2023, in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking

order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representatives within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With this observation and directing, this writ petition being WPA 15367 of 2023 is disposed off. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
