The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that there has been interference at the behest of the private respondents in respect of his property. I have considered the contentions advanced in the writ petition. The disputes between the petitioner and the private respondents have complete flavour of civil dispute. As such, if the petitioner approaches the jurisdictional civil court in respect of the prayer so advanced and the civil court is pleased to grant any order and subsequently direction upon the police authorities for implementation of the order, in such circumstances, the concerned jurisdictional police officer-in-charge would be bound to obey and respect the order passed by the civil court.

In the meantime, the police authorities would ensure that as the petitioner and the private respondents are at loggerhead, there must be a strict vigil and it should ensure that no breach of peace and trnaquility takes place in respect of the

subject property which has been complained of in the writ petition.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 16373 of 2024 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
