It appears that the complaint was filed on 25th September, 2017 and plea is yet to be considered.

In view of the above, the revisional application being CRR 2556 of 2024 is disposed of directing the learned trial Court to dispose of the proceeding being C. Case no. 3329 of 2017 pending before him as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two years from the next date of hearing fixed before him, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.
