Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was in love relationship with the victim and has been falsely implicated. 2.

Learned APP in opposing the prayer has referred to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and the injury report. 3.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and the injury which is grievous in nature, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.
