Kausik CRM (NDPS) 857 of 2025 In Re: An Application for Bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/ Under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with Tehatta Police Station Case No. 922/2024 dated 17.12.2024 under Sections 21(c)/29 of the NDPS Act.

Petitioner was granted interim bail on 21.08.2025. Almost for two and half months petitioner has been enjoying the said interim bail. No materials are forthcoming that the petitioner has misused the liberty so granted. Learned advocate for the State is present.

Having regard to the present circumstances, I direct that the bail of the petitioner is confirmed. Petitioner would abide by the conditions earlier imposed on 21.08.2025. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 857 of 2025 is allowed. Report so submitted be kept with the record.
