1. None appears for the petitioner.

2. The alleged contemnor is present in Court in response to the rule issued by the Court on the earlier occasion.

3. Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate representing on behalf of the alleged contemnor has submitted a report of him in Court today i.e. dated 2nd April, 2026. Let that be taken on record.

4. According to the same, arrear salary of the petitioner for the period as directed has been already disbursed to the petitioner on 23rd March, 2026.

5. In consideration of the report as above, it is therefore found that the order of the Court dated March 18, 2025 has been substantially complied with by the said alleged contemnor.

6. Accordingly, the present contempt application being WPCRC 147 of 2025 stands disposed of.

7. The contempt rule is discharged.
