The present criminal revisional application has been preferred against the order no.1 dated 15.06.2022 passed in connection with M.P./Complaint Case No.13C of 2022 under Sections 420, 406 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khatra.

The matter was last heard on 06.06.2023.

There is no representation on behalf of either side and on the previous date also no one was present.

Accordingly, the present criminal revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issue raised in the present revisional application before the appropriate forum.

The revisional application being CRR 2544 of 2022 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court at once.
