Petitioner contends that there is a dispute relating to land referred to in this petition with respondent no. 12 namely one, Hafijul Islam.

According to the petitioner, the petitioner is obstructed from enjoying his property as there has been obstruction and disturbance created at the behest of the respondent no. 12.

To that effect, information has been furnished with the Officer-in-Charge, Sagarpara Police Station along with the Superior Officers of Police.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that police authorities have already kept a strict vigil and has drawn proceedings

under section 107/116 of Cr.P.C. against the respondent no. 12.

Having considered that the police authorities have already kept a vigil, I direct the police authorities to continue their surveillance and ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place or any untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 16348 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
