Mr. Agarwala, learned advocate for the State has submitted a report from S. I., Gariahat Police Station along with copy of death certificate stating that the petitioner, i.e., Dr. Gautam K. Mukhopadhyay has expired on 15.02.2010 and the said report along with copy of the death certificate be kept on record.
