1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there was a free fight between villagers.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State refers to the statements of the victim and other witnesses as well as to the injury reports which show inflicting of serious injury on vital parts of the body, head, face and neck.

3. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the alleged roles ascribed to each of the petitioners, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
