We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal accused who kidnapped the victim girl and forcibly married her to his mentally retarded son. He also sexually exploited her and attempted to sell her. In view of the principal role played by the petitioner in the crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
