1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are case and counter case. The petitioner also suffered injuries.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the statements of witnesses and the injury report which shows inflicting of grievous injury.

3. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the injury report and the alleged role ascribed to the petitioner, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
