We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on a number of occasions by this court. Prior to death, victim had indicated that the petitioner is responsible for his death.

In view of the aforesaid clinching material and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
