The revisional application relates to Negotiable Instrument Act. The complainant herein is suffering in spite of the orders being passed in his favour by the learned Trial Court as also the appellate Court. The revisional application was filed in the year 2000. The petitioner has adopted dilatory tactics. In view of the aforesaid, the revisional application is dismissed for default.

The learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Howrah is directed to execute the sentence passed in Complaint Case No.264 C of 1997.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
