In respect of such matters this court has already delivered a judgement in WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh -Vs.- State of West Bengal & Ors.). That order was carried to appeal and the appeal court has also passed an order with which the order passed by this court has been merged.

Therefore, this writ application cannot be entertained by this court as of now as the matter, as has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner, is similar to those matters.

Hence, this writ application is dismissed.

I make it clear, this order will never be construed as an order for extending the time to file representation by the petitioner.
