It appears from the report that out of thirteen charge sheeted witnesses, three witnesses have expired and three witnesses examined in full. Seven witnesses are yet to be examined.

In view of the age of the proceedings, the learned trial Court is directed to take the proceedings to its logical conclusion within six months from the next date of hearing fixed before him without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

With the above observations and directions the instant revisional application being CRR No. 2612 of 2024 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
