The matter pertains to the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955, which is a 'Specified Act' in terms of Section 2(r) of the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal Act, 1997. In view of exclusion of jurisdiction of this Court as laid down in Section 8 of the Act, this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain the present application.

The writ petition being WPA 15761 of 2022 is dismissed as not maintainable.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities. (Suvra Ghosh, J.)
