At the time of verification of documents, the petitioner could not produce his Land-Loser Certificate. This court directed the petitioner to produce his Land-Loser Certificate and today it has been produced before this court.

I direct the District Primary School Council, North 24 Pgs. to accept this document of Land-Loser Certificate, which has already been mentioned in his Employment Exchange Card and to take all necessary steps for recommending the petitioner.

With this direction the writ petition is disposed of.

The original Land-Loser Certificate is returned to the petitioner on condition that he will

produce one photocopy of it. The photocopy of the Land-Loser Certificate produced is kept on record. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
