Mr. Prasun Kr. Dutta, learned advocate, who usually appears for the State, is requested to appear in this case. Let the appointment of Mr. Dutta be regularised. It appears that the trial of the case could not be proceeded with for want of the chemical examination report from the State Forensic Science Laboratory. The investigating agency is directed to make an endeavour to obtain the said report as early as possible, so that the same may be adduced as evidence in the trial.
