Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be kept with the records.

The petitioners pray for defreezing a Bank Account standing in the name of the school in the Punjab National Bank.

The petitioners have impleaded several private respondents in the instant writ petition. It appears that there are private disputes in between the petitioners and the private respondents. A civil suit between the petitioners and the private respondent is pending consideration before the learned trial Court. 4.

The private respondents oppose the prayer of the petitioners and raise counter-allegations against them.

The writ Court will not be the competent forum to decide as to who will be the appropriate person to operate the Bank Account. There are several disputed questions of facts involved in the writ petition. 6.

In view of the above, the Court is not inclined to exercise jurisdiction in the matter. No relief can be granted to the petitioners in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

It will be open for the petitioners to approach the competent forum for adjudication of the disputes in accordance with law, if so advised.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
