Affidavit of service is taken on record. It appears that the postal articles sent to the respondent Nos.6, 7 and 8 have been returned with the endorsement "Refused". Refusal is a good service. Hence the matter is taken up in the absence of the respondent Nos.6, 7 and 8. The learned Advocate for the Howrah Municipal Corporation submits that the complaint of the petitioner with regard to the allegations of unauthorised construction by the respondent Nos.6, 7 and 8 have been taken into consideration and the order for self-demolition of the unauthorised construction has been issued calling upon the respondent Nos.6, 7 and 8 to implement the said order.

Under such circumstances, nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition and the Corporation shall act and proceed in accordance with law.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
