Victim-housewife suffered homicidal death. At the material point of time the petitioner, who is her husband, was present in the house. His bail prayer was rejected earlier by this court on April 28, 2023. There is no change in circumstances since then. Hence, we find no reason to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
