The petitioner has canvassed number of issues in the present revisional application while challenging the proceedings of Bidhannagar South Police Station Case No. 142 of 2018 dated 13.09.2018. The ordersheets which have been enclosed along with this revisional application reflect that charge was framed in this case on 17.12.2019 and subsequently date has been fixed for evidence. Having regard to the stage at which the petitioner approached this Court, I grant liberty to the petitioner to canvass all the points advanced in the present revisional application at the appropriate stage of the proceedings particularly, during the course of the trial and at the final stage of argument of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2399 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
