Partha Sarathi Majumdar None appears on behalf of either of the parties. This matter is pending in the list since 10.01.2023 and has been called on each day of working of this Court since that date. In spite of that no one is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit. This is a case with the prayer for quashing of the S.D.M. Case No. 40/S of 2015 under Section 97 of the Code of Criminal Procedure pending in the Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Krishnanagar, Nadia.

Petitioner's case before the Trial Court is for recovery of his missing child.

However, in this case, the above-stated provision of law and any order thereunder does not appear to be proper and legal. On perusal of the records and the grounds pleaded by the petitioner, the same are not found to be cogent and sufficient enough to warrant this Court's interference as to the order impugned. Criminal Revision being CRR 2028 of 2015 is dismissed. All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
