He submits that the petitioners are not the principal accused.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioners had absconded for more than a decade.

We have considered the materials on record. There are materials connecting the petitioners with the crime. They had absconded for more than a decade. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
