Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statements recorded under section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the victim girl. Considering the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code and the materials regarding involvement of the petitioner we are of the view that the petitioner does not stand in the same footing with the coaccused. We are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. CRM 6654 of 2021 is dismissed.
