The petitioner no. 2, on query, submitted to the Court that she does not want to proceed with the hearing of the instant revisional application and has filed a written instruction to that effect through the advocate on record. Let the same be kept on record.

In such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become dismissed for non-prosecution.
