It is submitted by the Counsel for the State that charge-sheet being C.S. No. 996 of 2019 dated 31.12.2019 has been submitted.

In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. It is expected that the charge-sheet is put to committal as expeditiously as possible.

The presence of the absconding accused persons may be secured with urgency by the Investigating Officer of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
