This writ petition was preferred seeking a direction upon the concerned respondent to allow the petitioners to discharge their duties as Aya/Special Attendent in Deben Mahato Sadar Hospital, Purulia. The cause of action giving rise to the writ petition arose in the year 2009. I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
