We have perused the impugned order. The learned judge had considered the case diary, nature of injuries and other attending circumstances and granted anticipatory bail in November, 2023. There is no allegation of misuse of liberty. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to interfere with the order granting anticipatory bail.
