Bose............for the State The petitioner Suday Sarkar is present before this court and files a document along with a copy of his Aadhaar Card stating that he does not want to proceed with the matter.

Let the said document, the copy of the Aadhaar and the notice served upon him through the concerned police station in compliance of the order of this court dated 25.7.2023 communicated to the police station by the office of the Learned Registrar Administration (L&OM) dated 20.6.2023 be kept with the record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application is dismissed for non-prosecution. Department is directed to send a copy of this order to the learned trial court immediately for information and necessary action.
