Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report of the victim lady. Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the injury report and the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C., we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail (CRM 6655 of 2021) is rejected.
