Nobody appears for the appellant on earlier occasion.

Appellant had raised a grievance with regard to the cancellation of his nomination papers in the Panchayat Election. Hon'ble Single Judge relegated the appellant to seek appropriate remedy under the statute i.e. by filing a Civil Suit.

We do not find any illegality in the order.

Be that as it may, appellant is unrepresented on a number of occasions which gives an impression that he is not serious in pursuing the appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. (Gaurang Kanth, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
