The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of receipt of such representation, no decision on such representation has been communicated to the petitioner till date.

Mr. Bhattacharjee, learned Senior Standing Counsel submits that the decision on such representation shall be communicated to the petitioner within the time limit as may be fixed by this Court, if not already communicated. Without entering into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in the representation dated 18th June, 2025, this writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Estate Manager & Ex-Officio Deputy Secretary, Kalyani & Urban Development & Municipal Affairs Department, being the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18th June, 2025 and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representative and

communicate the reasoned order to the petitioner immediately thereafter. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible but positively within a period of eight weeks from the receipt of a server copy of this order along with a copy of the representation dated 18th June, 2025. The learned counsel for the petitioner assures this Court that a copy of the writ petition shall be served upon the junior of Mr. Bhattaharjee by tomorrow.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
