Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the application for anticipatory bail has become infructuous as the petitioners had surrendered before the learned trial Court and were taken into custody.

On the prayer of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed.
