The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Jorasanko Police Station Case No.148 of 2010 dated 2nd April, 2010 then pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 8th Court, Calcutta. Records of the revisional application reflects that although the revisional application was filed in the year 2012 but till date the same has not been admitted.

I have perused the contention advanced by the petitioner in the revisional application and I find that the same is based on question of facts, which cannot be adjudicated by this Court at this stage.

Accordingly, CRR 2213 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
