After going through the said report learned advocate for the petitioner has very fairly submitted that in respect of academic score he was given some wrong marks, which was not correct and on correction of this wrong marks he does not have any case.

I appreciate the fairness of the petitioner.

In the meantime the payment to be made by the Chairman of the DPSC, Malda as SPIO from his own pocket, has been complied with and such direction and the document therefor has been produced before this court.

Let such document be kept with the record.

With the above observation the writ application is disposed of.
