This is an application under Section 401/482 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing of proceeding in Sessions Case No. 24 of 2011 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Chandannagar in connection with Chandannagar Police Station Case No. 88 of 2009 dated 18.7.2009 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 421 of 2009 under sections 147/148/149/446/426/379/349 of the IPC. It appears that since the date of filing of this case on 10.8.2011, the petitioners have not moved this application for its admission or issuance of notice upon the opposite parties.

There is no interim order in respect of the proceedings in the Sessions case. Since, there has been a long lapse of time, this application has become infructuous.
