...for the appellant The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that during the pendency of the suit, the parties have filed a compromise petition and the suit was compromised as recorded by the order dated 10th May, 2018.

In view of the order passed by the learned Trial Judge on 10th May, 2018 in a petition filed under Order 23 Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the order under challenge has lost its force.

The appeal stands disposed of in terms of the order dated 10th May, 2018. However, there shall be no order as to costs. All connected application accordingly, stands disposed of. A copy of the order dated 10th May, 2018 passed in TS no. 67 of 201 is kept with the record.
