Learned counsel for the appearing parties submit that the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed as the Headmaster of the concerned School with the approval of the Administrator has sanctioned the leave, as prayed for by the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the petitioner files a photocopy of the memorandum dated January 03, 2023 whereby and whereunder such leave has been sanctioned, let the said memorandum be kept with the record.

In view of such development, no further order need be passed in the present writ petition, accordingly W.P.A. 15798 of 2022 is disposed of without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
