Considering the serious nature of allegations and the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of the victim and witnesses and the medical report and considering the alleged role ascribed to the present petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
