The revisional application was earlier called on 9th June, 2023 when none represented on behalf of the petitioners. Today, when the revisional application has been called, none represented on behalf of the petitioners.

Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate, is directed to represent the State. His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

The subject matter of the revisional application relates to challenge of continuance of the charge-sheet and the proceedings which have been filed in connection with Narendrapur Police Station Case No.508 of 2019 dated 12.04.2019 under Sections 498A/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The enclosure to the revisional application reflects only the FIR and even the order-sheet are not enclosed along with the revisional application. As the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have not been enclosed, I am of the opinion that the revisional application in its form is incomplete, the same is premature and do not call for any interference. If the

contents of the FIR and charge-sheet are taken into account, prima facie offence has been made out.

Accordingly, CRR 2548 of 2022 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
