1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. It is fairly submitted at the Bar that the present petitioner is similarly circumstanced with Nepal Mondal @ Aacharul Sekh who has been admitted to anticipatory bail vide order dated 12.06.2023 passed in CRM (A) 2205 of 2023.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, completion of investigation in the meantime, it is directed that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnanagar at Nadia within 15 days from today in connection with the aforesaid P.S. case. On his appearance and application for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail allowed.

5. The application being CRM (A) 2732 of 2023 is disposed of.

6. The learned court below is hereby directed to act upon the server copy of this order.
