Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the State and the de facto complainant. Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including a statement of the victim pointing towards the particular role played by the present petitioner, statements of witnesses and the injury report which shows injury on a vital part of the body being the head of the victim resulting in occipital subdural hemorrhage, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. (A) 2405 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
