Heard the learned counsels for the petitioners, the de facto complainant and the State.

Considering the serious nature of injury, the fact that the victim had remained in hospital for about three days and the statement of the minor victim girl, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
