But their result for such test of viva-voce has not been published. The petitioners also submit that still there are 305 vacancies in the said category and subject. Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate for the Board submits that this number of vacancies, i.e., 305, is disputed but his client will supply the breakup of marks to the petitioners wtihin a period of two weeks from 30th January, 2023 and such thing is to be handed over to Mr. Ambu Bindu Chakraborty, learned advocate on record of the petitioners.

With the above observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
