Mr. Dasgupta, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not intend to proceed with the present revisional application.

Mr. Banerjee, learned senior advocate appearing on behalf of the de facto complainant/opposite party no.2 opposes the contents which have been averred in the present revisional application.

Mr. Mukherjee, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submits that the investigation of the case is in progress. Having considered the submissions advanced by all the parties and the prayer advanced by the petitioners, the only conclusion which can be arrived at is that the revisional application

being CRR 2549 of 2022 is dismissed as not pressed. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
